Terms & ConditionsFull payment is required at the time of booking to secure your places. Tickets are priced at £17 for guests aged 5 years and over and £10 for children aged 4 years and under. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been made. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times during the event. The ticket price includes a festive buffet, entertainment from Party Roo and face painting. Please make us aware of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please arrive in good time for the event, which will take place between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. Entertainment and activities may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. The Upper House reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event where necessary.
