Terms & ConditionsChristmas Eve Breakfast 2026 – Terms & Conditions Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Unfortunately, bookings cannot be confirmed without payment in full. Ticket Prices: Adults – £16.00 per person | Children aged 2–10 years – £10.00 per person | Children under 2 years – £5.00 per person. Pre-Order Requirements: All guests are required to select their breakfast choices in advance from our special Christmas Eve Breakfast menu. Pre-orders must be submitted prior to the event. Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements at the time of booking so that our team can accommodate these wherever possible. Cancellations & Refunds: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation or non-attendance, subject to statutory rights. Booking Amendments: Any changes to your booking, including guest numbers or dietary requirements, must be communicated to the hotel in advance and are subject to availability. Children: All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout their visit. Event Changes: The Upper House Hotel reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event where necessary. Should the hotel cancel the event, guests will be offered a full refund. By making a booking and completing payment, guests confirm that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
