• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. • No cash change will be given for any unused voucher amounts. However, if there is a remaining balance on your voucher, you may keep the voucher number and redeem it at a later date, as long as the voucher is still valid. • If you are unable to use your voucher before its expiration, please contact us prior to the expiry date to discuss a possible extension. • To comply with VAT deferral regulations, gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers. • Please reach out to us as soon as possible to check availability, as all voucher redemptions are subject to availability.
